The Challenge

After years dedicated to the restaurant industry, the client hired me to design the image of their new business model, a sushi tasting bar.

Taking into account the client’s know-how, based on the fresh product and the market environment, we carried out a communication strategy that maintained the visual codes of sustainability. Defining a tone of close and friendly communication that would allow us to connect with our target audience.

I decided to help with this project focused on sustainability. I needed something more than just a good piece of fish on rice, I wanted to understand where it came from, and if was ethically caught and raised. The branding guide shall serve as a standard that the client should be able to understand, when it deems necessary.
